CLAWS–MAHE PHD PROGRAMME
Payment of Application Fee: Batch-10 Onwards
In pursuance of the approval accorded by the Competent Authority, it is hereby notified that a one-time, non-refundable Application Fee of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) will be payable by all candidates applying for admission to the CLAWS–MAHE PhD Programme with effect from Batch-10.
All applicants are required to deposit the prescribed application fee in the bank account detailed below and upload/attach a copy of the payment receipt or proof of transaction along with the duly completed PhD Application Form and other requisite documents. Applications submitted without the prescribed fee or without proof of payment shall not be considered for further processing.

Important Instructions
- The Application Fee of ₹1,000/- is mandatory and non-refundable under all circumstances.
- The fee shall be remitted only to the above-mentioned HDFC Bank account through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI/Online Bank Transfer.
- Applicants are advised to mention their Name and Mobile Number in the transaction remarks/details.
- A copy of the transaction receipt/proof of payment must be uploaded/submitted along with the PhD Application Form.
- Payment of the Application Fee does not confer any right to admission. Admission to the programme shall remain subject to fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and successful completion of the selection process.
- Applications found incomplete or submitted without the prescribed fee will be rejected without further correspondence.
