Abstract
Modern warfare has evolved into a persistent, ambiguous conflict, relying on asymmetric and non-kinetic strategies beyond traditional military engagements. Hybrid warfare, integrating advanced technology and non-military domains, demands a shift from threat-based to capability-driven defence structures. Nations must adopt proactive strategies that combine deterrence with offensive capabilities to counter emerging threats and reclaim strategic positions.
