The Symposium “Strengthening Disaster Resilience: Future-Proofing Armed Forces through Technology and Innovation.” is jointly organized by the Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS) and the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), bringing together leading voices to explore how advanced technology and strategic innovation can enhance disaster preparedness, response, and resilience within the Armed Forces in times of climate change.
The Symposium served as a dynamic platform for students, researchers, military personnel, disaster management authorities, policymakers, civil administrators, technology experts, and industry stakeholders. Participants will engage in expert-led panel discussions, real-world case studies, and interactive exchanges focused on strengthening civil–military coordination in disaster management conducted on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 at Manekshaw Centre – Ashoka Hall
